Both my parents were entrepreneurs, and both laid the foundation for Westerhof-Demoed, for who I am and what I do.
Where it started
Growing up, I saw first-hand what entrepreneurship demands: vision, courage, perseverance and, above all, the right people around you. My parents went looking for talent early on to bring their ambitions to life. So the fact that an organisation’s success depends on the people it attracts is not something I learned from a book.
At home in automotive, industry and marine
Automotive, industry and marine are in our DNA. We grew up with them and built our careers in them, in commercial and leadership roles at international brands and fast-growing companies. As a result, we know these sectors from the inside: from manufacturer and importer to dealer, distributor and entrepreneur.

Our roots
Westerhof-Demoed Management Consultants was founded on the example of Jenny Demoed and Jan Westerhof. They were true entrepreneurs who combined personal attention, commercial drive and sharp business insight. That entrepreneurial spirit still guides the way we work today.
